This is the user agreement between North West
Events Limited (“The Company”, “We”)
and you the user (“User”, “You”).
If you wish to contact us on any issue detailed in these terms

1. NWE act as agents on all packages sold. What this means is
that the contract for the package is between you and third party
suppliers. In most cases this will mean that there are additional
terms and conditions as each supplier will have terms and conditions
relating to that package. Where we act as agent this will mean
that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that
package and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached
to NWE in connection with/or arising from such arrangements
with a third party.
2. All packages sold through NWE are not an offer by NWE
to sell any package, but an invitation to you to make an offer
to our suppliers. We are free to accept that offer on behalf
of those suppliers or to reject it.
3. Although the contract for the package is between you and
the supplier any queries or concerns relating to the package
should be addressed to NWE.
4. Orders are accepted subject to availability and on receipt
of cleared, full payment. Orders for all games will be on
a strictly first come, first served basis. It is possible
that a package can become unavailable during processing of
your payment. In this instance an alternative package will
be offered but NWE will not be held liable whatsoever.
5. Once your official order and payment has been received
you will receive written confirmation of the booking. An itinerary,
car park pass etc will be despatched seven to ten days prior
to the match. Please note that for security reasons the match
tickets will not be distributed until the day of the match.
6. All published package details and prices, including times
and dates are subject to change without notice. NWE do not
accept any liability for such changes.
7. NWE may pass your essential booking details to suppliers,
should it be deemed necessary by NWE. The placing of an order
for any packages by you will constitute consent to us passing
on such details.
8. You undertake to us that the details you give to us are
correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are
using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover
the cost of the order.
9. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us
by you it is your responsibility to inform NWE by contacting
our Customer Services as soon as possible.
10. We will not send you e-mails which you do not want but
we cannot guarantee that third parties to whom your details
are sent will not do so.
11. All cancellations must be made in writing to NWE (address
above). If any booking is cancelled less than one calendar
month before the event, You will be responsible for 50% of
the full package price. If cancelled less than 7 days before
the match no monies paid can be refunded.
12. Occurrence of the package is not guaranteed, due to cancellations,
weather, etc and NWE are under no obligation whatsoever to
refund any monies in respect of the purchase of hospitality
packages. However, NWE will attempt to find reasonable alternative
arrangements or a package of similar value will be offered,
entirely at the discretion of NWE. In this instance, the offered
package will be subject to availability. This offer extends
for a period three months after the date the original package
was due to take place. Thereafter, the offer expires and no
refunds will be issued. Where play is postponed, the original
package will be offered for the rescheduled package. You agree
that you will make no claims for compensation whatsoever against
NWE.
13. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as
quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However
because of the sophisticated technology that is required in
operating NWE there may be times when obvious errors occur.
For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price,
package or service or other detail displayed or presented
being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel
that contract, but this of course will be without any liability
to you.
14. NWE does not make any warranty that the website is free
from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating
or destructive properties.
15. Hospitality packages are not transferable without the
written agreement in advance of NWE.
16. You and all persons in your party agree to be responsible
for your own actions and respect all ground regulations in
force at all venues. NWE will not be held responsible for
loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, however
caused.
17. Where applicable, we cannot guarantee seats together
in the stadium, but every effort will be made for parties
to be seated together in the same area, and no refund is payable
in respect of this.
